Is my data secure?
Yes. KPIQ has read-only access and processes your data only to generate your reports — it's never sold, and it's GDPR-aligned.
What data does KPIQ access?
Your ad-performance KPIs from the platforms you connect, plus your Shopify store's sales and product metrics — revenue, AOV, conversion rate. Shopify's orders permission includes customer details by default, but KPIQ never collects or stores them. Read-only, with no tracking scripts or pixels.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing runs through Shopify, so you can change or cancel your plan from your Shopify admin at any time.
Is the first report really free?
Yes — your first report is free and no card is required. You only choose a paid plan if you want more reports.
Which platforms does KPIQ support?
